Everything was great. Very clean and up to date. Nice linens on the bed, and 4 sets of towels for one night and only two of us We had to take off pretty early the next morning, so can't comment on the breakfast, although I did notice the area was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

There were many things to like about the North Canton...

There were many things to like about the North Canton location. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location to shopping and anything I needed was great. The hot breakfast was far better than most hotels.

Room size was great.

Room size was great. Perfectly located right next to Hartville Kitchen - a MUST visit!! Other restaurants and gas stations close by. Super staff!!! I will definitely book here again. The only negative for me personally is the traffic circles - several of those.

If you like all the rooms smelling like weed,this is the place for you..Its like party central....Dogs running loose.Cant use your AC because it pulls in the odor of weed from the units around you...Drinking outside till late at night. Do yourself a favor and find some other place.....

The location was around a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. It was very convenient. There is a few water parks one was about 15 or 20 minutes from hotel. They also have move theaters you can take the family too.

I am a travel agent too, & I was nit happy with their service nor attitude. There before & staff, service, & all were amazing. Now it’s the pits & being handicap everything I needed or asked was no we can’t do this ur that, etc. I will nit come back at all unless management ur staff is different. No personality oe business like attitudes to help the public. Sad & hotel was always one of my favorites even out of town. Out of town is still good, but these in Canton needs better training & how to treat customers. Sad situation!!!

The area was nice but your hotel was dirty we had to ask for a towel answer was well if I have one you offered breakfast there was none I got to see a very young boy vacuuming while his mother stood there yelling at him wow child labor laws must be different in ohio my room had cigarette burns on bed spreads and curtains had hole a all through them no blanket on my bed windows open when we came in which didn’t hose the stench very noisy until 2 am I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there did not feel safe got very little sleep maybe board of health should look into your hotel my wife cleaned in a hospital for 33years she actually was discussed with the whole room bathroom also burns on side of bathtub she had to put toilet paper on staff must have forgotten no I would never stay there again and have told friends and family how bad our stay was

I liked how close it was to the Hall of Fame.

I liked how close it was to the Hall of Fame. I didn't like that the doors rub and could not close the bathroom door. The bathroom vanity light has 4 bulbs in it and none of them worked. The apartment had multiple flies in it, spider webs, not sure where the $100 cleaning fee goes. Thin walls, I could hear the neighbors tv.

Akron caught us completely off guard.

Akron caught us completely off guard. We expected a quiet industrial town but found a legitimate downtown with real energy, and a Rubber Ducks game plus some great parks made for a genuinely fun weekend. The city has a fascinating industrial history that you can still feel in its character and architecture. And super friendly people! If you have written Akron off as a pass-through city, give it a second look because it is worth the visit.

The staff was awesome- Emery, Doreen, and Sierra provided exceptional service! The rooms are clean. The beds and pillows really comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good. The location was convenient to get around town.
