The house is fantastic - immediately welcoming and kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is so well stocked! The location in a quiet neighbourhood is just lovely and perfect if you have a car - just a few minutes to supermarkets, etc.
We had a small issue at the beginning and contacted the staff and they responded immediately, which was great.
The hearing was great - there’s central heating and gas heaters in a couple of rooms. So we turned each on and off as it suited us.
I’m not sure if the house has been improved since the last negative review, but that suggests to me they are highly responsive to customers’ needs and suggestions.

The staff greeted us as soon as we entered and we felt so welcome. The room was exceptional, with the great views to San Francisco Peaks. Even though the swimming pool was not as big, it was a great addition to our relaxation in this hotel ❤️ Thank you for your hospitality!

Its getting to be just like phoenix, forget free camping and nice lakes there muddy and fish are just nasty sick I don't recommend this place for peace and quiet or anything to do there's nothing no dance bars that are country no nothing movies and the mall that's it boring the massage places are a joke there for a happy ending only bad place

This place had it all!
This place had it all! We had a family get together with a couple kids and there was something for everyone at this place. The game room was amazing with arcade games that made us nostalgic. The trampoline that my son spent everyday in and the jacuzzi that the adults enjoyed every morning. There was so much attention to detail at this house and we were so happy to have the chance to stay here and will definitely be coming back. The location was about 10 minutes or so out of town and the property was just to die for. We had space to walk around and the house had a TV in every room. This place was literally the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in we are so grateful for the time we got there together as a family.

Regarding the above. The reason our visit was too long is due to an ongoing issue with our brand new Mercedes engine which, after 5 weeks has yet to be definitively repaired. We loved exploring the area and the city itself. We spent a lot of time watching their footie in many different local sports bars. That was excellent

I love Flagstaff. I have been coming here since the 90s!
I love Flagstaff. I have been coming here since the 90s! The scenery is absolutely breath taking. We made it "home base" and traveled to Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon and other places from Flagstaff. Looking forward to coming back!!
