Everything was excellent, we especially enjoyed our waitress (I forgot her name) she was short with glasses and frosted tipped hair. She was so happy to see us even tho it was close to closing. Thank you :)

We had very late and early flights chose this hotel due to location being so close to the airport. The front desk was helpful with our check in and out process. Our room was clean and the bed was actually very comfortable.

Breakfast was exactly as described - fresh bagels, a good selection of spreads, cereal and fruit as well as boiled eggs. Perfect for me to start my day. The hotel receptionists and shuttle drivers were fantastic.

The property is nice with an upscale feel!
The property is nice with an upscale feel! There were minor issues. Called the front desk to figure out why we couldn’t get hot water and was told to let it run 15 minutes. We did get hot water but we’re running late because of this.
The lamp on the right side of the bed is really cool, but not working. Maybe the bulb is out?
The location was great for the hospital.

To summarise the issues experienced: • Shuttle service unable to accommodate our party despite being informed in advance • Long wait late at night with children after international travel • No staff present at reception upon arrival • Our booking for three rooms not honoured • A room assigned that was already occupied by other guests • Remaining room unsuitable with maintenance issues • Our group forced to sleep overcrowded in one room despite paying for three • A distressing incident occurring in the lobby area during our stay.
We heard yelling and screaming coming from the lobby area. The disturbance lasted for approximately 10 minutes and my husband went to check what was happening as the children were frightened. From our room we could see the lobby area and witnessed a man carrying a woman out of the front doors while she was yelling at him to get off her. The situation appeared to be a domestic altercation and was extremely distressing for our family, particularly for the children who were frightened by what they heard and saw.

There was a family in the room above me who had a child that kept running around the room for hours. I went to the front desk for assistance the first time I think about 10:30. I was told that I could not change rooms, (even though there were plenty of empty parking spots) and he would speak with the people in that room. It did not stop. I went back to the front desk I think around 1:00 and the employee told me that he would talk to the people again. When he spoke with them the second time they told him that the child was in bed, which wasn't true since he kept running around the room. I told the employee that I really needed sleep and did I need to sleep in my car? He told me that I could speak with the owner the next morning around 9:00 but this did not help me since I needed to leave the hotel before that time. The bottom line is that I did not sleep at all that night because of the situation and I am still very unhappy about it.

Overall, my stay was great.
Overall, my stay was great. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, although the coffee machine was not working. One minor inconvenience was not being able to access the hotel from the back doors when parking in the rear lot. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again.

There's really only 2 reasons you'd stay in Spring. 1) proximity to Houston (30-40mins). 2) Splashtown Water Park. If that's why you're here, I suggest a trip to Old Town Spring. It's a quaint little shopping village, where you can buy art, eclectic items, and old-timey candies like saltwater taffies or liquorice gum sticks. Otherwise, Tomball has a fun old town. However, if what you're after is nature, I suggest look for something a little further north around Lake Livingston.

Location was ideal for travel to and from different sites. Near several restaurants. Would have been a better experience if housekeeping would have made beds and changed bath towels and washcloths on a daily basis. There was only 1 bar of soap and no shampoo in bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable, the only staff member I met was very polite and helpful. We checked in late and left early so I did not see much of the hotel but what I saw was clean looking. If I am in the North Houston area again I would strongly consider using this hotel again.

Conveniently located inside of IAH. Good for a night if you have a long layover. Nothing exceptional, rooms are a little small, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel bar has a good menu and it was surprisingly lively the night we were there. We would stay here again on trips where we have a long layover due to the location and convenience.

Proximity to IAH and price. That's it. The hotel was ok for one night, the location is perfect to connect with IAH, they also offer an airport shuttle every hour. Breakfast was remarkably good,l for this kind of hotel.

Location is great. So central to metro transport. Caught Metro 500 from IAH and 2nd stop is right on corner of Rusk & Fannin where hotel is located. Plus good restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurant good value and breakfast package set us up for a day of exploring.
