Location is perfect. Breakfast could be better. The bagels were doughy, eggs were chewy.

Good place to stay if you wanted to be Close to the airport they have a shuttle to pick you on arrival but call after you collect all your luggages ..Nice stuffs

I stayed at this hotel while in town for the Billie Eilish concert, and it was perfect in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is spotless, well-organized, and very conveniently located. Getting to the show was super easy, which made the whole experience even better. The shuttle service to and from the airport is such a fantastic perk—it saved me a lot of time and made my trip stress-free. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re visiting for a special event. Thank you for making my weekend unforgettable!

My friend and I thought this place was excellent place to stay. Great location to CHI event center. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room 520 was beautiful, had 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen. Restaurants close by. Great hot and cold breakfast selection.

The breakfast was good. We went to a concert and it was an easy walk to and from. Great experience here. Would definitely stay again.

The furnishings and carpet in the room were new and very nice, and the room was very clean. Microwave, good size fridge, big tv with lots of channels. Comfortable king size bed. Super quiet heater. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal and very good coffee.

The breakfast was exceptional! The location in downtown was also fantastic, close to everything including the old market.
