I liked that the staff and manager are nice and friendly. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. They have beautiful and clean rooms as well as the linen and environment and lastly it is situated in a quiet and peaceful area.

We arrived early for check in,but Melusi was the best . He received us with a smile,asked us to complete the paperwork and said he would check if at least one room was available for us,so we could freshen up.
I loved is aura,he has the best smile.

I ate my lunch at Mischief Restaurant.
It is very easy to get Newcastle
Unfortunately our time was too short we didn't do much activities except swimming.

The apartment was clean and spacious,everything needed was available,from pots to cutlery to iron etc
Beds were comfortable to sleep in and the place felt safe to be in
The only issue i had was the shower,it wasn’t very hot no matter how long I waited it didn’t get to hot level,just lukewarm and the WiFi was just a super struggle,it kept on rebuffing while we were trying to watch something
But overall it was a great stay

POTHOLES if you come through Memel road are a total disaster! POTHOLES on the road to Madadeni/Osizweni are as terrible. So the roads around this town frustrated me to the core and they are dangerous!
