A gentleman by the name Hope met us and gave us the keys and showed us how where everything was and how to operate everything.
The place is absolutely stunning and is fit for royalty. The theme color matches from the linen right down to even the cutlery.
I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Pretoria

I may be a little biased because I was born and bred in Pretoria, but it will always be "Kasi Ya Makasi" to me. It's a city with a unique blend of history, culture, great food, and warm people. Whether you're exploring its landmarks, enjoying the vibrant local atmosphere, or simply taking in the relaxed pace of life, Pretoria has something special to offer. It's definitely one of the best places to visit and experience in South Africa.

We loved the service, the food and the setting.
We loved the service, the food and the setting. Getting the feel of Africa so close to town is priceless. The animals came to drink water at sunset and we loved watching them. We had our dinner next to the pool which made walking back to the room easy for our elderly mother. The only negative is that one of our party had a cold shower the next morning and only realised the water was cold once she was under the shower.

I liked that it was peacefull,but I did not like the small portions of food served ,and they are very expensive,there was literally 6 chips given on my burger meal I also ordered a R250 T Bone Steak with veggies but the steak was great but the veggies were too small.
The towels did not smell nice,my bedding smelled like there was somebody who slept there before me and they forgot to change the bedding,it was not fresh.There was dust on the furniture inside our rooms,the chalets are not maintained at all they look rusty.The overall hygiene was not impressive.

An AMAZING, gorgeous and intimate find. Truely a HIDDeN gem! Personally, I would love to gate-keep this place so that the prices don't start shooting up for my next stay :v.. The place exceeded my expectations. From the beautifully styled rooms (modern antique feel), cute cutlery and crockery, with beautiful SMeG appliances. Delicious food, gorgeous common area (pool-side + bar); my partner and I named this our little Bali - Definitely feels like a little Bali plus the amazing brew of coffee served with our breaky, defs reminded us of Bali coffee. The owner Cecillia is absolutely amazing, she comes out to welcome each one of the guests and she checked on us from the day of our booking (which was 2 days before our stay, just to ensure that she gets all our add-ons ready and prepped), during our stay, checked on us at breakfast, and everytime she saw us at the common area. ABSOLUTELY wonderful.. Cherry on top - having our breakfast at the wine-cellar, overlooking the beautiful greenery outside

We had a mixed experience.
We had a mixed experience. The guest house was peaceful and quiet, great for relaxation. Our host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Lovely lounge.
However, the bedding and amenities needed improvement. The bed sheets were ripped and damaged, and the kettle was dirty. The blanket smelled bad. Also, the bed cover was actually just the inner lining, not a proper cover.
Despite these issues, we still had a great time exploring.

sunbet arena was exceptional, my main reason for this trip was a show there. We had destination to see & learn, I guess our trip was play & learn. Union buildings walk in the garden, Ditsong museums both cultural & national, it was informative. my son 's 1st experience. City Hall. lastly shopping in great mall.

The two ladies Esther and Evah (Ladies from the bible) were very welcoming and easy to talk to. That means we were warmly welcomed. Unfortunately we struggled with load shedding like anyone else. I would suggest they invest in plan b "Backup power for their clients"
I will still book myself at this place in the future.

Moving around the city was a bit of a challenge with no personal transport .The people were very warm and helpful.City tours very expensive as compared to Joburg city tours with t he red hop in and off bus services.I wish they had the same in Pretoria.The restaurants and shopping malls were excellent
