Alberton is a residential town. Parts of it are great and visitor friendly whilst others are a bustling metropolis and can be noisy. Amenities are available within a short driving distance, and the airport is not far away.

The infrastructure is deteriorating.

The infrastructure is deteriorating. Often has "load shedding" basically blackouts because copper wire thieves cut any electrical wires they can to sell. Anything that can get stolen, gets stolen.

The establishment exceeded my expectations, and from the time that I met Karin, (Manager on Duty), who offered to upgrade my booking at no extra cost, to the lovely breakfast served by Faith and Barbara (Also a Manager on duty), my stay was awesome and relaxing by the pool was a highlight for two of my 4 days there, as it was overcast and cloudy for the first two days. I can highly recommend 6 on Acacia for travellers and holiday makers all over the country. Bedfordview is the place to be. You Rock!!

Boksburg is a good place.

Boksburg is a good place. I was kind of unhappy and dissatisfied with the food I bought on the night of my stay at chicken licken next to my accommodation. The meat tasted really bad like it had been cooked days before without salt. Apart from that my stay was good

I liked the atmosphere in the city, buildings going up every corner and a positive sign of a y economy. Plenty of restaurants to chose from and with delicious food. The challenge is one has to get an Uber to move around and has to have the app. above all its a good experience in the city.

Changed since last visit 22 years ago, City centre grubby and not as it should be buildings somewhat grubby. People all friendly, parking good with people looking after car for the price of an inexpensive coffee, more was appreciated. Alberton City mall good, nice selection of shops staff attentive . Fast food area good, sampled a few very bood. Enjoyed my visits all people so helpful.

Restaurant Taratza on Kloof within walking distance was excellent in terms of ambience, service, quality of food and pricing. Ladies rump with 2 veg on the side was a very filling meal. Only overnighted there. Did not take in any sights

I used to stay here, so it was like coming home.

I used to stay here, so it was like coming home. They are fixing the roads, so that is a bonus. I stayed too short time to give an honest answer. But the restaurants are great and the ERM is a nice place to shop.

My stay was good but joburg as a whole is not friendly...

My stay was good but joburg as a whole is not friendly except maybe for the upmarket accomodation ,but moving around as a foreign tourist i would recommend some cities which are not joburg.Or maybe play around out of the cbd areas and high density as they are very insafe.Also the police is very corrupt and hungry harrasing and asking for bribes everywhere
