The place is very neat, and the staff, particularly Sisi Thandi, is welcoming and understanding. It is also quiet and located in a relatively safe area. However, we had to request towels as they were not provided in the room, and the ones we received were badly torn. This does not reflect well on the overall experience for clients.

1. The friendly staff, at reception, the maintenance man, the security guard and at the restaurant.
2. The breakfast, sadly it did not have a cappuccino;
3. The location is very convenient;
4. The executive suit was great, but could have had more cupboard space, more plugs, and a larger bar fridge. Maintenance really needs to improve: the TV remote was only switching on/off, the maintenance man sent through confirmed the buttons were no longer working; the shower outlet was clogged, water damming up.

Mthatha is my hometown, therefore, I will always recommend Mthatha to increase Mthatha's economy. Mthatha will always be the best town for me, and I will appreciate every effort and change made, unfortunately we are unable to attracts tourists because Mthatha is not coastal.
