We had a great stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The location is ideal – although it's close to the lively party area, the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, so you can still get a good night's sleep. The beach is just a short walk away, which was a big plus for us. The cleanliness was outstanding – both the rooms and the common areas were spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We were also really impressed with the food: it was delicious, fresh, and nicely presented. The value for money was absolutely fine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was a mix up with rooms. Management reacted excellent and offered a dinner i return. The staff is very helpful and friendly. On top we left a wallet and Management sent us free of charge. This is a family run Hotel and management is always present also helps out cleaning even! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The rooms were very pleasant and functional but the mattress was extremely comfortable. Food, I guess the same as most all inclusives. Had to eat out the majority of the time but not all the hotels doing as I am also pretty fussy. The lady in the dining area was lovely as was the lady who cleaned my room.
