The flat had everything needed to cook and live there, though I didn’t take advantage of that bit. It had wonderful views, comfortable beds and furniture and a bathroom for each room. The staff were great and it felt very safe. The rooftop pool was also excellent, though not heated, it felt amazing on a hot day!

Amazing views out to the river and the beach - so much wildlife. Easy access to the beach and shops, staff were very friendly and spoke English, and also super close to the Turbus bus stop from Santiago.

Everything was really nice (not fancy or pretentious) about this place. It not only has a great location it also feels safe and quiet just a steep hill away from the party beach town and promenade. The people that work here are friendly and helpful and good at finding the nice balance between guiding and giving you space so it feels pretty private. Probably a great romantic getaway if that’s what you are looking for. You don’t need a car to get there either as the bus stop is literally right out front. Take the 609 to/from the main Viña Del Mar bus terminal if coming in from Santiago, take a 602 or 605 if you want to head to Valparaíso. A few notes…the breakfast is pretty basic but complete with a bowl of fresh fruit, some toast, coldcuts and cheese, Nescafé, tea, yogurts, and chocolate cereal. Don’t think of it as someplace fancy but as a gorgeous yet simple private getaway with beautiful views and steps from decent restaurants. Highly recommend.
