Loved the view and the fact that they assigned a room on the high end of the resort. Loved everything about it.

Every room has separate bathroom. We had also two balconies. Property was very specious. Staff was very warm. After 11 o'clock was all nice quite and there was separate safety stuff dedicate for swimming pool.

Incredible atmosphere. On top of that, the flat's furniture had been upgraded compared to the listing's photos. Very pleasant surprise!

Our accommodation was really special, bedding and facilities were very clean. Linen was changed a couple of times during our stay with fresh towels. Hot water and showers efficient and the pool was fantastic.

I recently enjoyed a delightful 5-day stay at Port Royal Apartments in Tenerife. The location is spectacular, offering breathtaking views. The apartment was tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff is always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The on-site amenities include a tranquil pool area. Port Royal Apartments exceeded my expectations, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for a memorable Tenerife retreat!

We got upgraded to a top floor pool view, sun on the balcony all day. Bar food portions were large enough to share. A lovely 3 night break.

Everything the receptionists was absolutely fabulous, so friendly kind and welcoming. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean and very spacious. Well worth a visit, I will definitely be booking again.

We really like the location, we have visited the area many times, out of the front of the hotel, you can go in 4 different directions to experience many of the wonderful sights the area has to offer.

Fantastic location, Felt like it was a short walk to anything. The pool area was great for us, quiet and allways had available benches. The area was clean and neighbours were quiet. Guna was amazing and really went above and beyond making our stay as good as possible.

We had apartment in Santiago 5. Was nice, big and clean, with two terraces (nice views towards golf garden). We could use also areal in Santiago 3, It was simply said perfect, beautiful garden + with pools I never seen before. Also Internet connectivity was fast enough.
