It was our second year at this hotel. We chose it because of the staff, food, location and room. The staff is amazing. Vanessa and Samanta are very kind and always do the best to help and don't spear effort to go for the extra mile. The food, ohhh the food. Every day a ton of different meals and fresh fruits. Agnesca and Joaqin are just great professionals and the food they prepare is awesome! We celebrated the birthday of my wife in the restaurant and all of them made is so special!

Location, perfect price/quality

Nice and quiet location, supportive atmosphere, clean rooms and breathtaking views from the terrace. would be great to have it open earlier- I would like to see the sunrise from this point. Comfortable beds,elevator, everyday cleaning. Thanks for welcome drink and sweets

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was yummy. The beach access was perfect. They have very good and interesting kids space.

Beautiful hotel, location, proximity to the beach, old town, ports, activities, bars restaurants, child friendly.

Pool area is great, bike storage is very convenient, activities for kids are awesome. I suggest rooms with natural reserve view, sunset is outstanding.

Amazing hotel for staying with kids. Lots of entertainment for children, most of people staying there were with children. It has a nice playground that our kid loved, plus 2 swimming pools with child slides and other attractions, in addition to normal pools. Also, great child entertainment programs and nice evening shows.

Location was great. Dinner was really good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing beach! It was amazing to swim in de sea and enjoy around. Located in a very central area, we have eaten our dinner every night in an another restourant, all of them were in walking distance. I would definetly recommend.

Walking distance to the beach (3 min), and near a bus station. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Amazing location, the apartment has everything we needed, friendly staff

self cooking for all meals at mini kitchen but the kitchen is well equipped (everything).

We enjoyed our stay here. There are plenty of activities to do at the resort. We played tennis on their clay courts. It’s within walking distance to shops,restaurants, the beach and the bus stop.

Location was perfect - very accessable to main locations but quite at the same time. The hotel is closed to the beach which was very clean and beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was helpful for the snack time

Amazingly kind staff, everyone super friendly with kids and babies. Great food for breakfast and dinner, buffet style. Beautiful garden, nice rooms. Had a great time with a 10 month old.
