It was super central to downtown Orleans city center. Restaurants everywhere, shops everywhere. The private street was extremely quiet. Heat and AC was quiet and working perfectly. The building was historic stone foundation but beautifully remodeled and modern amenities. Amazingly quiet between walls windows and doors. Use of washer and dryer was clutch. The self service keyless entry was slick. The breakfast and staff was perfect. The room and bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure. Trolley service was 3 minute walk. Uber picked up 2 minutes walk from front door. Right on the edge of all the restaurants and cathedral. Could not have picked a better place.

Very well located - some steps away from the bus stop and tram which takes a few minutes to the city center, yet the surrounding of the hotel itself is very quiet. The room was super clean and it gets all I need. Nice matresse and pillow. The kitchenette was lovely, tidy and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and give clear instructions. In general I really enjoyed the stay, excellent value for money, and will come back when visiting Orleans again. I recommend!
