Very cosy and quiet. Execellent breakfast! Nearby market. Our room was cleaned everyday. Nice staff. Very good option for a family stay.

Location is near center but not to close to hear all sounds. Also near the beach and beach bars. Room was ok and all needed things like iron, hair drayer, kitchen things. It was clean. The host was very nice lady.

The owner is very kind and friendly. The accommodation itself was very clean, comfy and very close to the beach and the main square in Asprovalta! I highly recommend it!

Extremely clean, very good location, easy access to the studio, modern deaign. It was very easy to park outside. It is motorbike friendly, too.

Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, all the staff were super helpful. The breakfast basket, delivered to the room, was excellent. The whole place was just calm and peaceful, despite being only a short walk from the main beach/tourist area.

There service, Urania the receptionist and Nina the cleaning lady took care of everything . Everything thing was right!

To come to a place and enjoy your stay, it's not only about the room or the house, it's also about the host, who can make a difference for the whole stay. And Elena was amazing. The place is cozy and friendly, very clean, very quiet, and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The town is beautiful and sweet.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, with new and nicely chosen furniture that gave the room a fresh and cozy feel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The pool gave us another way to relax when we weren’t at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the things we especially enjoyed was the small kitchenette in the room. It came with everything we needed, which was a nice bonus and made our stay even more comfortable. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re thoughtfully decorated and well laid out, so we still felt comfortable. The balconies/ porches—those extra spaces were a great bonus for enjoying a coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening.

Everything was great. Stuff, location, cleanliness - on a top level. The rooms look very fresh.
