Beautiful & conveniently located. Exceptional staff & owner attention. Included breakfast very nice with variety, convenient, lots of seating choices inside and out on a lovely covered patio. Quiet room. Sheets & blankets very nice. Towels nice too. Everyday room cleaning was excellent. Gorgeous large swimming pool with nice areas to relax. Middle of May stay was cool so no need for heat or air conditioners, so do not know how they worked.

Nice facilities. The owner is a very nice person always available to make your stay as good as possible.

The location is more than perfect, hosts are very kind and the free breakfast was wonderful. For the price I really recommend Marcos Rooms for a stay in the heart of Oia

The staff is so sweet and amazing! Very helpful! They were always accommodating and happy to answer any questions. We also had access to a beautiful pool and hot tub, as well as a great private view.

Beautiful suites, peaceful location, and excellent hospitality. The cave-style room was spacious and stylish, and the breakfast basket was a lovely touch. Finikia is quiet and charming, and Oia is just a short walk away. A fantastic stay overall.

Amazing option in Santorini! really close to the “center” or the calderas part. Everything was perfect and breakfast was delicious with homemade options. Anna, the host, was really nice and super helpful.

The property was perfectly located by anything you could need, shops, restaurants, views… Rooms were spotless and hosts were extremely kind and helpful.

Aethrio layout is fantastic, like a little village in a big village! It has a Main Street going to the various little houses where your room is. Very calm and peaceful. The pool are is fantastic and quiet, super relaxing! Watching the sunsets from the top terrace was a real treat every night. The place is such a peaceful oasis and such a contrast to the hustle and bustle and business of the main streets in Oia! We will come back for sure and have already recommended to our friends and family.

We liked the facility, host, services, cleanliness .. everything. It’s so nicely located to see the volcanos directly from the windows and terrace. Sunset point is just round the corner. Shopping street is close by, and all restaurants are easily accessible. We are super impressed by the host Zak, he arranges everything so smoothly including transfers to the pickup point , to the airport and also the cruise he suggested was super cool!

Everything was alright. easy check-in and check out. Friendly staff, excellent view from the property to watch sunset. Altogether it is a nice property. Clean and comfortable

Great location. Friendly staff. We loved the jacuzzi. They cleaned our room sparkling clean! (it was pretty messy..) she even took all the hair out from my hair brush.. AC was working great and everything was perfect

Do yourselves a favor and stay at this place when visiting Santorini. Just get ready to do some stairs, which is unavoidable in OIA. Everything was perfect about this place, the food, the room, the bed, the location, the sunset, but most importantly, the service. The service deserves 11/10. The kindness and patience of everyone at this hotel is just impossible to explain.

The property had some amazing views and was cosy and comfortable. The Oia pedestrian road was a 5 min walk with a lot of restaurants and the famous 3 dome location. The best part was the host. Oana the host had incredible hospitality. She made sure to provide all relevant information and also some great suggestions which made my itinerary even more wholesome. Overall a great place.

If you are looking for the perfect place to experience Santorini, stop searching. Terracotta Suites completely exceeded our expectations! What was meant to be a quick minimoon stop turned into us trying to figure out how to extend our stay. We’ll definitely be back until the end of summer! Everything was top notch: our stunning suite (spacious, beautifully designed, clean), the impeccable service, delicious food and drinks, views, luxurious amenities and unbeatable location. The property sits right in the beating heart of Oia, yet somehow feels wonderfully private and peaceful - a rare combination! Another huge advantage is the relatively easy access compared to many Santorini properties, with far fewer steps while still delivering incredible views and value. One of our favorite touches was the guidance from the front desk team. They pointed us toward fantastic local restaurants tucked away from the tourist crowds and shared a few stunning nearby swimming spots and beaches that became highlights of our trip!
