Excellent facilities, very well organized and clean. 4 minutes walk from the beach, which is one of the best in the area. The staff is very helpful and polite. One of the best family resorts I have ever visited. Thank you!

Simply wonderful! Impeccably clean! Excellent view from the studios and from the pool. The owner, Soulla was there for all our needs and gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches. The village, Perdika is charming and lively, without the crowds of tourists present in other, more known places. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

The room was nice and big, with all the necessary things to cook your own food. The pool was really nice and clean. The sunset from the hotel was top notch. <3 The hotel staff was friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Perdika city center is within walking distance from the hotel.

Everything. This is our second time at Aiora, in their biggest suite with the same name. Before I go into some details, I am really impressed the owners took into consideration the guest suggestions: they replaced the dated electric oven and stove and added an A/C in the bedroom (there was one only in the living room/kitchen area). The suite is enormous, with a lot of storage spaces and sleeping areas. We slept in the bedroom, where there's a huge bed (I think it's bigger than a king size), but there were 2 twin beds and a couch in the living room too. The apartments are almost on the beach and you can see the water from the terrace or the yard. There are 3 beaches one can go to without the car: - one is next to the beachbar - one is through a path where the apartment entrances are - one at the end of the street (last photo), a less than 5 minute walk We enjoyed snorkeling and paddleboarding and the water was amazing (clearer than in September). We also took a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos through their recommended agency, in Syvota. The apartments are 5km from Syvota and a little more from Parga and while they might seem far, the beach bar is an absolute jam. Compared to September last year, they improved the menu and the food is absolutely fantastic. They added fish and seafood in the menu and everything was delicious. I want to send special regards to Angeliki at the bar (I hope I spelt it correctly) as she was really great with us. We had a wonderful stay at 3 Aktes in Syvota. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed waking up to such beautiful scenery every day. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. What really made our stay special was the owner. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. As a lovely gesture, she even gave us a gift when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend 3 Aktes to anyone visiting Syvota. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place with amazing views and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. Alexandra greeted us with warmth. The facilities were nice. The room and view were great.

The Hotel is situated on a very nice hill very near to the sea, covered by green and a beautiful sea view and gorgeous sunset. The staff is very helpful and ready to make your stay a real dream.

Fantastic place to stay in Syvota! The location is excellent and very close to the beach. The pool area and the front yard are beautiful, super clean, and incredibly well-maintained. The owners are lovely, very warm, and welcoming. 10/10, everything was amazing!

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. Gabbana villas are perfectly situated, offering easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Having said this, what truly sets this accommodation apart is the exceptional service. Mr Ilias (the owner) and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were always available to offer help and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Loved everything. Wonderful stay for our family. Lambros and the staff were exceptional and attentive. Aelia is a short walk to the main part of town, very peaceful stay, but still near the “action” of restaurants, bars, shops. Lovely hotel.

We liked everything -it was our first time in Syvota and we would only return to this apartment again. It was the best accomodation in Greece that we had. The hospitality,the kindness, cleanliness and availability of all that you need in the apartment was impeccable. I am really thankful for this experience and would recommend it from the heart.

We were able to self cater our breakfast which is always a bonus. There is a lovely pool but we did not use it. Nice quiet location. Being able to watch youtube was really good. Thank you allowing us to stay in your beautiful room if only for one night. I recommend this lovely property

My family and I enjoyed a peaceful stay in this quiet location. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and Katerina, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming. The apartment offered plenty of space, and the free parking was very convenient. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
