1. Perfect location - beach and IronMan bike check in 2 min walk, IronMan start/finish at 15 min walk, restaurants, playground and small shops nearby, big Connad 17 min walk. IM bike course runs in front of the building. 2. New, clean apartment. Comfortable beds, pillows and sofa. Looks like the pictures. Big balcony, elevator. Equipped kitchen. Blackout window shades. Parking (didn't use it, but it was available) 3. Nice staff, polite, helpful. 4. Great wifi. 5. They offer discounts for beach beds and lunch at nearby beaches. 6. Cleaning was offered once per our 4 night stay.

The location is perfect! Especially for those who are joining IRONMAN event. The owner was so nice and bery helpful.

The place have ideal location very closed to the beach, restaurants, shops but quiet on the other hand. Kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated possibility to use bike free of charge and to have rides around shore and pine park at evenings or to go by bike on preferred beach. Possibility to sort and recycle trash was excellent and not usual in Italy.

A very spacious apartment in a perfect location for my Ironman race. The owner was very kind, and the facilities were excellent, including laundry machines and bicycles. We stayed with a baby and there was a baby bed etc. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, free private parking.

We really liked how close it was to the sea (5 min walk). We also liked the staff; they were really helpful and enjoyed the giant terrace as well.
