A big room with new facilities. Nice experience!

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. There is also a very nice balcony to enjoy the street view. Everything is wonderful and we had a very pleasant stay there.

Loved everything about this hotel. It is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great!! It is 5 min from Mestre Station ( taxi). The room has a mini fridge and they left bottled water for us everyday.

It’s in a quite area, close to the tram station that goes directly to Venice.

Everything was clean and in excellent condition! Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. Our kids don't always appreciate that we usually book accommodations that only have a pull-out sofa-bed for them to sleep on, but they loved this one and said this was the comfiest one they've ever slept on. Location was also great - a tram over to the main island was just a 3-minute walk away, and a bakery, supermarket, and pizzeria were all within a 5-7 minute walk. We didn't actually see Alberto until we were leaving, but he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay via WhatsApp.

The most exceptional was the restaurant! It was the best food! Also the apartment is very big and it is perfect for family! You have everything you need!

Our stay was good. The location is great, the apartment has all you need and is clean. The shower was not directly in the room but across the stairs in the main hall right next to the apartment, but it wasn`t an issue. The host response was excellent and gave detailed instructions on everything. AC was working well. The area was very quiet in the night! I can recommend. Oh and Venice is AMAZING!!! Beautifully finished modern apartment. A haven of peace and calm yet fantastic central location with easy walk from the station, boat landings and major sights. Two full bathrooms and bedrooms on separate levels were an added bonus.

The location is fantasitc. The room a great respite from the energy and wonderful Venezia action. Clean, comfortable, and calming is how I would describe this room.

Property was beautiful, clean and very updated. Owner was very nice and came over immediately when we had a small problem with ac. Would definitely recommend.

The 4343 Suite is the perfect place to stay in Venice. It is close to everything yet calm, right on the channel. It is extremely clean, has all-new amenities for 2 adults and 2 kids, and is very easy to access. Grecia provided us with easy-to-use information, and all was perfect. For the last two days, the weather was a bit cold, and the available heating made our stay even more comfortable. If we travel to Venice again, the 4343 Suite will be our choice again.

Everything! Apartment was centrally located and super clean with modern facilities! Paula welcomed us where our water taxi docked and blessed us with mouth-watering croissants. She also gave us good tips on where to go and eat. She made our water taxi bookings fuss-free!
