The people at the hotel were the most wonderful I’ve ever had the pleasure to be with. I booked the room late in the day, too late to schedule for dinner. They went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat. After supper, the front desk clerk brought a bag full of food for me to eat for dinner and enough for breakfast as the new I would be leaving early in the morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel because it is the people who make it a special place to stay!

We had a quick visit to Zakopane and found this gorgeous house for our stay. Easy self check-in and instructions were given in time and clearly. The view of the top apartment was stunning. We were with a car, and downtown was around 12 min drive, but local bus stops are 4-5 min walk away. We would stay here again if we come back.

It was a lovely big apartment. The 1st apartment was huge but the blinds were missing off the main bedroom windows. The washing machine was taken away for repair from the previous guests. We were moved to a different apartment which was just as nice with a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oberconiówka Residence SPA with our family. The apartment provided to us was comfortable and well-appointed, making our experience truly pleasant. The atmosphere and overall ambiance of the facility created a relaxing environment, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, the convenience of having a bus stop nearby made public transportation easy, and having a Żabka within a short walking distance was incredibly useful. Parking is also available for those with a car. We also had a special utensil request for the kitchen, which was promptly fulfilled by the reception. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated our time here.

We stayed for five nights as a family of six, and the apartment was truly excellent. It was very elegant, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was only one, but it was spacious, modern, and fitted to a high hotel-like standard. It also had all the necessary amenities, including a bidet/shattaf, which was a great plus for us. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors, offering a beautiful mix between countryside and city atmosphere. At the same time, all attractions, restaurants, and services are nearby and easy to reach. We were also lucky to have rainy and cool weather throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host, Wojciech, was very kind, welcoming, and always smiling. He received us on the first day, and although I forgot to contact him before arrival, he came to the property within 15 minutes and completed the check-in process quickly and smoothly. What I appreciated most was his kindness when he told us that he understood we were far from home and that he was available to help us with anything we might need, even beyond matters related to the apartment. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Overall, it was a wonderful five-night stay. The apartment is elegant, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I would genuinely love to visit again.

We were missing a cutting board and some spray for the bathroom and they were provided the next morning. Great job guys!

Zakopane is a very nice place. This hotel is good. This location is medium far from the Kaspovy Verch cable car (only 7 min walk and 10 mins on the local bus, not possible by car!) and the city center is also 10mins by the local bus. You may park in Zakopane, but buying a day ticket for the bus is better using the moBilet application. Getting to Morskie Oko is possible by car or by bus, it is ~25km, the parking is expensive, it will take roughly the same to pay for parking or buying the local and extra bus ticket, which leaves from the train station (rejon dworca). We bought food from the grocery shop nearby, it was good.

All new, extremly clean and nice. It looks even better than the photos. Nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
