Room arrangement , Balcony, location is far from the city. very quite place to relax

The room was excellent - it had everything one could need during a stay. The bed was comfortable. Nice additions of faux flowers added charm to the room. Blackout curtains were much appreciated because the sun set after 22:00 and rose around 4:00 while we were there. Located near major road to easily get to airport or into the city. About 1 mile (1.5 km) to the train station, so we were glad to have a car to park at the station. The train went directly to the central terminal in the city (and to the airport). The neighborhood felt safe and clean.

No reception! Everything was self service! The place itself was clean and cozy. The rooms was comfortable and nice!

First of all staff was amazing and very kind and so helpful, in short excellent.

What a fantastic hotel for workers. Free sauna, small weight room, beer in the fridge, extremely friendly and helpful staff. (Not exactly pleased about the garbage rules and I get a haul everything out yourself and you get charged if the room is dirty, but that's cuz I'm a dirty mess.) Honestly though, the reason I'm leaving this review is I was blown away with the professionalism and courtesy of the front desk staff. Mateo is amazing, helped me out with so many things. Inanna assisted me with finding food for my impossible diet, as well as helped me find a rentable canine to walk around my vehicle before driving back into Ukraine. Jasmina is super friendly and helpful as well! Honestly, if the owner of this hotel is reading this review, please please please give them more than a pat on the back and an' "attaboy"/"atta girl". Your staff makes this place possible. I will be back pretty much exclusively because of the security of this facility, the affordability of this facility, but most importantly because of the staff. The staff has made this place My home. Cannot recommend them enough. Suggestions: - put a camera in each corner of the parking lot facing the lot - Make the sauna and gym 24/7 if you can. - the rooms 2x a week instead of once a week - more fruit at breakfast. I'm gluten free but it would be nice if the breakfast included banana.

Located in a quiet and safe area, yet very close to groceries, shopping centers, and restaurants. Train stop is just in front of the building. The building is modern, spacious, and clean. The room I got was big, tastefully designed, and had a balcony and huge windows. Very comfortable bed, and nice bathroom.
