Amazing building, really clean rooms designed with extremely thoughtful selection of great furniture combined with great views of Kastellorizo. Our time was a pure joy there and sunsets was definitely one of our highlights. Should you have a hammock available with you, the balcony's rails are more than robust enough to hold it. Just attach it and enjoy your time! This may also unlock an opportunity for a great conversation with the owner/ builder of the building who is a great guy and we are so happy to know him.

Perfect location very close to the ships and downtown, about 5-7 min walk. The host Onur upgraded us into a 2-storey apartment with a bedroom and a bathroom on 2nd storey. In general, Onur has been extremely helpful and accommodated all additional requests for small items we raised to him. Fully furnished apartment with everything required for short and long stay, including fully furnished kitchen with pans, plates, cutlery, fridge, aircons, toiletries, etc, all according to the facility list on booking.com. Wireless internet quality was good. Quite spacious and light apartment with wall to ceiling windows. Photos are correct as you see them on booking. The price was very affordable comparing to nearby locations at the time of booking.

My studio was well designed and had everything needed. Location is prime.

Close to bus station and all attraction

Full flat with all the necessities, it’s easy to reach, clean and upper floors have outstanding panorama. Internet was fabulous, kitchen is well equipped

Amazing service from the Larex team! The room looks just like the picture, the location is great (right in the city center) but tuck away from the main road.

It is very clean. The towels and bed linen are white and fresh. The apart has everything you need: aircons, utensils, dishes, pans, gas cooktop, a balcony, and even weight scale. Good location - very close to the center, and many small shops, but incebogaz beaches are about 20 minutes of walking. Swimming was not my priority, so it was fine with me. The host/owner was very helpful and nice. There is a washing machine you can use downstairs. You can park your car one or two streets higher.

I love this place for location and the view of the penthouse. City center is just 2 minutes by foot!

Amazing property which is well built. The apartment is even better than the pictures. Well equipped in a nice street within walking distance from the beautiful market and sea side. Studio Apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you need. It was such a great stay for me and my mother that we extended our stay by 1 day. Helpful staff but they leave by 6 PM.

We really enjoyed our stay in Happy Kas. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and great location.
