The location is fantastic, Calle Ocho is literally on the other side of the block and easy to walk to. The room was really nice, very new (pretty sure not too many people stayed in the room before we did judging by the fact that the TV wasn't set up and the microwave wasn't plugged in). Very clean and well appointed room. The door was solid and secure, with latches for the top and bottom to lock it manually, in addition to the electronic deadbolt. The black-out shades installed for both the door and window were fantastic, rolling down in a steel track to totally black out the room. The room is small, but the high ceilings really make it feel bigger than it is and keeps it from ever feeling claustrophobic. The property itself looks and feels so nice, with awesome murals all over and very well maintained landscaping. This is a place we will be looking to stay any time we're in the area.

I loved everything about it. The location was close to everything, literally across the street. You could see the cruise ships from the balcony (my favorite past time)😍. We caught the monorail from the airport and the stop was right at the corner of the apartment building.This will be the only place I book from now on for my stay in Miami.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. They even provided coffee for guests in the mornings, and the overall vibe was amazing and very aesthetically pleasing. The location wasn’t perfect, but it’s not bad either. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but I don’t think it’s a dealbreaker. You won’t find a hotel offering these amazing features at this price point, so it’s a rare find.
