Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. She checked in on us regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were very affordable. There is a restaurant right across the street that serves very good food in a unique building. We were close to lovely hikes and also the city of Smoylan which we found very entertaining

Apartment was amazing. Very big and comfortable same as our home. There were 2 big rooms, one bathroom and two separate toilets which is very essential for 5 people staying in one apartment. Fire place was very nice and it was ready to fire when we arrive. Also even if the location of the apartment is not very close to the slopes, the facility provides a ride in the morning and in the afternoon free of charge. Also the kitchen utensils were very clean and well organised. We were very happy during the stay.

A very nice apartment with a big bedroom and a very comfortable couch. It had all the amenities we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. There are restaurants and shops nearby. And it was very easy to find a parking space in front (parking was free).

Pur room was very spacious with our own bathroom, hall, sink with all the kitchen equipment like cups and plates, table with chairs, TV, big bed and a door to the terrace. Everything was incredibly clean. We tried the pool and the sauna as well and were left satisfied. The breakfast and the restaurant in general had very delicious options as well. There was also good isolation, and the hotel was quiet. We highly recommend this place for couples specifically.

The room was comfy and with enough space. The food was amazing, the breakfast was continental, but lunch and supper were perfect. Each day were 3-4 different meals and they didn't repeated one of them.
