Very good experience, roomy and clean apartment, great design. Has all the essential facilities (dishes, hot plate for Shabbat). Great location, very close to a park. Overall great experience, will visit again. We even got a key for Shabbat, good accommodations for observant Jews.

5 minute walk to Mamilla mall. And yaffo also walking distance. Rooms are Spacious. It’s a self check in and check out. No lobby. customer service is through WhatsApp they respond right away. Very convenient if your keeping shaboss they will give you a shaboss key and Shabbat combination if you ask. The hotel is located between 2 restaurants. One that is open on shaboss and other one is kosher. Beds are comfortable

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well organized. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed. There was even a bottle of wine, water, coffe capsules with the machine all filled and ready, and some snacks left. The apartment has everything you could need for Shabbat - platter, urn, dishes - everything. Beautiful views and the outside table and chairs had even been cleaned so you could sit down immediately without getting dusty. Would highly recommend - especially to anyone who has family in Protea BaHar, and wants to spend a Shabbat with them.

The employee was very willing to give me a room where I wouldn't have to walk of multiple floors of stairs, seeing as I'm a senior citizen. The light rail station was less than a block away.

This was the nicest place our family has ever stayed. The only thing better than the gorgeous, clean, spacious facility was the time and care put in by Itai (the host).
