Honestly, I couldn’t find anything to dislike. It was in a perfect spot perfect location. Everything was comfortable. Everything was so colorful vintage. I love the look the atmosphere of it all. The host was phenomenal. I’ve never had a host so attentive and I greatly appreciate it. The staff upfront. Oh my God great outstanding peeps.

I have visited Vegas many times and stayed at MGM Signature in a handful of different rooms. I LOVED the fact that the owner made this suite tastefully updated with all brand new furniture. New colors, new and fresh amenities like the coffee maker, pull out sofa and wall art. It is a nice spin on the typically out dated studio! Great location and building amenities like the gym, which I used twice in my short stay. The owner answered my questions within minutes and this felt more like I was staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel. I highly recommend! Oh and make sure you note the bathroom with its cool leopard print wall paper and heated seat toilet.

We recently booked a spontaneous overnight getaway at this condo suite near the Las Vegas Strip, and it turned out to be the perfect overnight date night escape! The location was ideal—close enough to the Strip to enjoy the energy and excitement of the casinos during the day, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded for our private date night. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The full kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare a quiet, romantic dinner without the need to venture out. Afterward, we enjoyed dessert on the balcony, soaking in the breathtaking views of the Las Vegas mountains, which were even more stunning as the sun set. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing to complain about during our stay. The ability to enjoy a private dining date night in the comfort of the condo made the experience truly special. The location was perfect for my family vacation. I had kids with me, so I did not want a loud/noisy strip casino room. Our room was private, clean and quiet. The jacuzzi tub was a nice add to our relaxing vacation. Everything was perfect.

Great location close to the strip and no casino, meaning no smoking in the lobby was a cherry on top! Great room, very spacious and clean. The coffee machine wasn’t working but the staff replaced it right away which was very helpful.

All was perfect in the room. It felt so comfortable and lovely. We called twice for service. Once to have the safe fixed. The gentleman was there within 10 minutes to reset it. Then we ran out of Kcups for the next morning and the owner delivered them to us that evening. Wonderful service and so appreciated!
