The stay was excellent all around. The breakfast offered was varied and of the highest quality possible. My stay was exemplary and the staff catered to anything I needed. In my opinion relative to the price and service offered. there is nowhere better to stay in Armenia.

It was truly one of the most beautiful and unique apartments I have ever seen. Everything was excellent, all the amenities were provided, and the host was a very respectful and kind person.

Great location, you can walk around the city easily. Also there are several bars, restaurants and cafés close by. The room was very big and clean with a nice view overlooking the city.

The apartment had a very minimal and lovely design. The balcony view was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. All necessary single-use amenities were also provided.

Perfect location, very cozy and clean apartment! We enjoyed having cooked food cantina in the building basically.

The locations a big plus because you're next door to republic square with an abundance of cafes, banks and high-end boutiques. With the added bonus of a manned reception and spacious lobby, it's a surefire way to guarantee peace of mind and security.

Host was very communicative and paitent with little Armenian. I didn't realize I needed to pay with cash, and he gave me a full day to take out cash to pay. He helped me with my bags up the stairs when I arrived and offered to help when we left as well! We couldn't meet when we checked out, but wasn't upset when we left the keys on the table.

Anna, our welcoming host, ensured a pleasant stay. The property's central location provided easy access to everything needed, and the room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities, was truly fantastic.

Such a nice and kind staff! I arrived late and they helped me settle down, also i forgot an item when i checked out and they were kind enough to give it back. Always available and helped me alot.
