Apartments in Hallstatt

Great location, the town of Obertraun is beautiful even in rainy weather. The host was very helpful and polite, offering us late check in as our train was delayed. The apartment is cozy and well equipped, close to the Dachstein Ice Cave and Hallstatt, for a reasonable price. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to get here from the train station. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Hallstatt is easily reachable by bus.

Location to Hallstatt was great! The space/layout was perfect for a family of 5. The hosts were very sweet and helpful!

It was super clean, cozy, and spacious. We love the atmosphere and wish we could stay for a few more days. The owners were also very kind!

Excellent property in Gosau - the hotel has nice facilities including a sauna, a heated swimming pool and a fitness center. The rooms are nice with lovely views towards the slope

Great Place to stay near lake Hallstatt! Big, well equipped apartment. 2 Balcony, amazing mountain view, there are caffe, restaurants and bar near the apartment. Private Parking is also available

It is a cosy place, with a great view, near the river. The food was good, the sauna is great and it's close to the Gosausee and Hallstat. Highly recommended.

The host is very friendly, he contacted me in advance to make sure I have all the information. I easily collected the keys from the hotel reception and I had all the support I needed. The studio is a little bit small for 4 people, but it was described correctly so I knew what to expect. We got a very good stay for the price we payed so it was a great deal for us. Gosau is a very nice village, easy to get to great local attractions (lakes, hiking areas, cycling routes, Halstad town, etc) Overall we had a great stay here and the host made us feel welcome!

Everything! Communication with the host was wonderful. Apartment had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable, and views were spectacular!

Great view and nice atmosphere

It is located around 15 mins from the Hallstatt Ferry. The surrounding is extremely scenic and we were lucky to get snowfall which made it even more beautiful. This is a standalone house where the owner stays at the ground floor (door1). Door 2: We had the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor has a big kitchen with all the necessary setup, a hall with TV And a lovely cosy sofa and book self, a huge bathroom with dressing area and a toilet. On the top you get the master double bed room which is massive with a balcony, a small 2nd room and a toilet. Everything is quite impressive in this place. I would just suggest to provide a door lock or provide a key to lock for all the toilets.

The location and view of the house were very beautiful. It was also very nice that the owner informed us that we could check in early or check out late, depending on the availability of the house, without us requesting it. Also, the hot bread and croissants delivered to the door early in the morning were wonderful. thanks a lot

We had a lovely 1-night stay in Hallstatt. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The bed was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also absolutely loved the cute and sweet cats around the property, they made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Peter’s house is beautiful — spacious, peaceful, and located very close to the main market area, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Peter himself was incredibly helpful. When we couldn’t book a cab for our early morning train, he took the responsibility and arranged one for us. We really appreciated his kindness and support!

Excellent apartment, very nice and clean. Everything is exactly like on the photos. Great host, Frau Monika, met us on arrival and provided very helpful insights. Having parking on site is particularly beneficial, given Hallstatt limitations on cars.

Excellent apartments for a stay in Hallstatt. Very good location, quiet area. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, the interior is pleasant, and the place feels cozy. The hosts are friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Great value for money and suitable for both short and longer stays.

The owner is really kind. The view from the hotel is also amazing .. The hotel is near the cable car to the salt mine so it's also convenient.

It was an entire apartment with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom, a kitchen, and outdoor terrace. It was beautiful and in a great location. My kids absolutely loved it too.

The view from the balcony was amazing, it was worth the 100+ steps that you had to climb to reach the property. The unit was cosy and comfortable with plenty of space for us. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for breakfast (with hot plate and some cutlery). It is a delightful little house and we would highly recommend it! Sonja, the host was kind and gracious and a huge help.
