My room at Mendes Residence was spacious, comfortable, clean and very organized with air conditioning, TV, small fridge, wardrobe, great wi-fi and a nice bathroom with hot shower. I stayed there as a single traveler for two weeks and had a great time, so I totally recommend it to anyone travelling to Belem. The owners are very thoughtful and kind and ready to address all your needs. The building also features a fully equipped kitchen that you can use at will. The location is very convenient, close to Nossa Senhora de Nazaré church and Emilio Goeldi Museum, with great food options nearby and a wide range of services. It is very well located to visit the city, either for leisure or work. It's a great cost-benefit option for sure!

This is a brandnew place and run by the nicest people you can imagine!! Fantastic hospitality. Rooms are freshly painted. In fact, the hotel is a new floor in a larger (office like) complex, which is a bit funny, but also spacious and quiet for sleeping. There is a very nice restaurant at the ground floor for all meals of the day. Rooms are comfy and everything (wifi, airco) works well. GREAT location in the very nice centre of Belem from which you can walk any direction to nice sites, parks, restaurants, etc.

the location had multiple bars and restaurants in close vicinity, plus a supermarket, it was less than 5 minutes walk from a bus stop and less than 30 minutes from the airport. the area was an ordinary neighborhood and I was able to see Brazilians living their normal life.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s modern, beautiful, and extremely clean, with everything in perfect working order — including the AC, which was a lifesaver. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe the entire time. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure to answer every question I had, no matter how small. The view from the apartment is truly amazing, and they even shared some great restaurant recommendations that ended up being perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!
