Convenient locations and well equipped

I absolutely loved my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with plenty of appliances and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to downtown and many of the city’s main attractions, all within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Ottawa.

Location near a ton of ethnic restaurants which we loved, the flat was cozy and had everything we needed, and they were wonderfully dog friendly.

I like the location the convenience of the reserve parking and just the overall overall atmosphere of the building it was very welcoming.

I really enjoyed how easy the check-in and check-out process was, especially with the online system. The hosts responded to every message instantly, which made everything smooth. The place was very clean, the room, the common areas, and the washrooms were all spotless. The location was perfect, just about 1 km from the University of Ottawa, making it extremely convenient.

The property was very good clean, and every thing you needed was provided. I also like the owner of the place good communication.

Loved how close the location was to all the places we wanted to visit. Overall we were able to walk to anywhere we were interested in and if it was too far for walking it was only a few minutes drive.

Where do I start? I hardly EVER say this about ANY place but this really feels like a home from home. Tina made her place look, and feel, like a fairy tale little cottage from one of your gran’s fireplace stories. No surprise when you learn that she is actually a designer/architect who renovated this 1900s heritage home on her own. Most of the antique furniture she collected from yard sales, some beautiful items she bought on Sunday markets, and the cupboards were fully designed and handmade by herself. I, for one, appreciate vintage design to no end, and every detail in this place fills my heart with nostalgic warmth. And oh the bed — SO COMFORTABLE like you wouldn’t believe! Puts my own bed to shame. Had some of the best sleeps there of my life (having sleep disorder for 2 years now). And Tina says it’s just regular foam mattress. I don’t know HOW she finds items this exquisite. And real plants! Everywhere. You can always trust someone who grow their plants this beautifully. Frankly I hated to leave. In the short span of a few days my brain tricked itself into believing I had lived here all my life. And collecting my luggage felt like going AWAY. (Location is great too, you can walk most anywhere.) Note: Tina has two listings. They are in the same house, one upstairs one downstairs. If you had heavy luggage, better choose downstairs. They are both quaint and exquisite. Wish I could add more photos.

It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. A lovely serene spot close to everything.

I like the privacy that I received there, the owner kept to themselves as did I. The price, also, was a great determining factor in my staying there. And lastly, I was the only person there in the entire house, so i felt quite comfortable and safe the entire trip. I recommend this place to everyone!
