Beautiful property and geat Staff

Everything about the property and staff itself was amazing. Kitchen accommodations were plentiful, housekeeping, kept our rooms clean, and the location is within walking distance of 3 grocery stores, restaurants and two large malls. I couldn’t have asked for for a better place to stay for the amount paid. This property is 3 times less expensive than it’s closest competitor.

The location. There is no better location away from the party zone, but extremely close to everything you’d need.

Large and comfortable beds and the area was quiet!

breakfast, jacuzzi, employees were very friendly., the location was good. 4 block away from a family park were you can go out en buy some street food and enjoy kids playing.

The property was clean and modern in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants and bars.

Of the many things I liked about the place was 1) the bilingual support, communication, and hospitality of the host, there to meet me when I arrived - and to show me where I could get cash since I was fresh off the plane; so helpful! 2) the location of the place is so central as a base for Poblado or for going elsewhere, with the metro station and a great grocery store just at the bottom of the hill, 3) all the comforts you need while traveling, and 4) the security of the building with round-the-clock security at the entrance.

Good water pressure and hot shower water. Good location next to ATM, shops and food. Very clean and they clean everyday if you want. The light up wall was my favorite feature in front of the living room tv 🤩

I traveled with my family and stayed at this location. My favorite thing was how caring and professional the staff was. I had a disastrous flight and ended up affecting my arrival date. The staff were responsive, helpful, and supportive. I mistakenly also thought my stay was going to end a day earlier and they worked with me so I could stay with my original itinerary. Everything was clean, and there were AC units in each room which was vital during the heat wave that was ongoing. I plan to stay again. Ceci was the best and I am so happy she was there for my stay.

The location is very convenient. There are more than a handful of restaurants that are just a walking distance away.
