The apartment was perfect. Exceptionally clean. Fully equipped kitchen. A huge Kaufland right next door to buy groceries, and catch many buses to the main station at the bus stop right there. Comfortable bed, excellent and clean bathroom and a huge walk in closet! Plus the outdoor seating area was nice, shady (from trees) and private.

Very stylish and clean new apartment with a big balcony. Clearly the hand of an interior designer is felt. The host is very nice and the provided amenities are above expectations. This property is great even for longer stays. Walking distance from the city center. We spent 2 weeks roaming around Europe and this was the highlight of our stay. Wish we could have spent more than just 1 night here, it felt like home. Parking is in a garage. If anything a separate picture of the garage door upon check in would be nice. There are a lot of different garages around the entrance and on first try we still ended up behind the wrong one. For future visitors it is the garage door just next to the entrance and not underground, but on the ground floor.

I love everything about this boutique Apartment ❤️. The building has a history and the owner renovated with care to preserve it. You can see historical parts of the house, but they added modern amenities for convenience. Our room had a little kitchen with plates and silverware. It was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect to visit attractions and restaurants. The owner gave us restaurant recommendations and information for the closest grocery store. One evening, we just bought food from the grocery store and had a nice relaxing time in our room. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Olomouc.

Everything was wonderful in this accommodation, thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. Early check-in was a great bonus, the place was easy to find, and it’s close to the main square. The humidity issues mentioned in previous reviews did not affect us at all — everything was fine.

Radek is a very welcoming, humble host and his apartment is well situated and very well equipped: Radek waited for me in front of the apartment complex, handed over the keys and explained everything to me in a mix of English and German - even though he says that he doesn’t speak these languages that well. He is quick to reply if you have any questions before, during and after your stay. He also let me check in early and check out late making it really easy for me to align my stay with already booked train connections. In the apartment can cook, wash laundry and watch TV/stream your content, if that’s important to you. There is also enough counter space everywhere. I also very much appreciated the aircon because it can get quite noisy once you open the window to the street. I will gladly come back one day - highly recommend.
