What I liked about Awi Guest House was the personal touch and warm hospitality. The owner, Awi, went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome—he even came to pick us up by boat, which was such a unique and special touch. Awi is not only friendly but genuinely cares about his guests, always checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The village was beautiful and fun to explore, with friendly locals who made us feel very welcome. Awi’s service was top-notch, and the breakfast he served each morning was delicious and fulfilling. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Awi truly made our stay memorable with his kindness and hospitality. The sunrise and sunset across the Nile River were absolutely stunning, adding a magical touch to the entire experience at Awi Guest House.

The host was amazing and friendly. He tried to give us detailed information about the exact location of the accommodation, contacting our taxi driver to make sure we could find the place, even though we arrived very late at midnight. He provided us with water and fresh mandarins every day. There were also some snacks to welcome us. What a super host and a kind person! The apartment is spacious and has almost all the facilities, so we had enough space and comfort for the whole family

Had a great stay at Aswan Sunrise Hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed for his warm hospitality and kind help during our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is actually an apartment. The rooms are on the second floor. The decoration is very nice and the owner is also very nice. There is a kitchen and a bathroom, giving a feeling of being at home. All the eats and drinks are free . The boss is extremely nice. He has many rooms and you can store your luggage after checking out. The hotel is a bit hard to find. After following the directions and walking nearby, call the boss and he will come to pick us up. It's very quick. The pastries downstairs are very delicious. I recommend giving them a try. They are very cheap, 50 Ethiopian birr each.

Very good location and very quiet. It's about 7 minutes from the city center by car. We used Uber to get around easily. The best part was sitting on the terrace, watching the Nile and the beautiful islands — such a peaceful and scenic spot!"

Location was great! Just across the nile corniche. Only 1 bedroom has AC and it was working. Has hot water in the bathroom. The wifi was good

Best location to take a felluca and visit the local souk. Satisfying , worthy and clean.

Very friendly owner (recommended us a super cool driver for the excursion to Abu Simbel) spacious apartment. There was bed linen, fresh towels, and free Wifi. Before our arrival, the apartment was well cleaned. We liked everything (family of 4). If you are sensitive to street noise, stock up on earplugs.
