I really love this apartment room. I was surprised to see the stunning view outside that I didn’t expect before. The location is good, I walked about 3-5 mins to spar and ski lift. There were complete kitchen appliances and dining table.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gudauri Twins 354 with a mountain view, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was incredibly neat and clean, giving it a cozy, home-like ambiance. What truly impressed me was that all the essential household items were readily available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Convenience was further enhanced by the nearby supermarket, just a short walk away, ensuring that we could easily stock up on any supplies we needed. For those who love Indian cuisine, the Haveli Indian Restaurant, located 800 meters away, was a delightful find. The food was not only delicious but also quite satisfying. The highlight of our stay, however, was the breathtaking mountain view from the apartment. It was truly awe-inspiring and made our mornings and evenings so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the professionalism and cooperation of the apartment management team were noteworthy. They ensured that our needs were met promptly, making our stay even more pleasant.

Very close to the gondola and restaurants, the room was clean and hot. Nica wrote me every day to see if I need something, very nice host!

The room was super cozy and quiet, clean with all the necessities to stay a few days and even cook if you'd like to.

SUPER KIND AND FRIENDLY HOST! She's always there for any help needed , excellent communication skills ! I would stay again in future in same place just bcz of her kindness. Highly recommended! besides that, the apartment was clean and only 100m far from Gudauri Palace and restaurants, bars and lift.

For those visiting Gudauri for the first time, the entire village of New Gudauri is small and easy to navigate. Although this apartment is not ski-in/ski-out, it is close enough to the gondola and the slopes, making it easy to get around even during heavy snow. The apartment was very warm, and we could adjust the heater temperature as needed. ​The kitchen is well-equipped with a pan, a pot, and all the necessary cutlery to cook; we enjoyed making our own breakfast every morning. Conveniently, a Spar supermarket is located right next to the building. Please note that while the building consists of private apartments, there is a shared reception, though their ability to help with specific logistics may be limited. ​Personal Experience: The room was spacious, and both the sofa and the bed were incredibly comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best views in New Gudauri! Our host, Nica, was wonderful; she assisted us with a late check-in and remained available for anything we needed throughout our stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the first ski slope, with ski rental directly in front of the building. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including a beautifully designed, newly renovated entertainment area with a restaurant, bar, lounge, spa, and a stunning infinity pool, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. I am very satisfied with the apartment. In Gudauri, everything is generally quite expensive, so having a kitchen in the room is a huge advantage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The room is not very large, but it is very well planned and organized, so everything fits comfortably. It looks newly renovated, very clean, stylish, and cozy. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the ski area and the mountains. The host is extremely helpful and responsive, available online 24/7. We arrived very late, and they were still on the line and helped us multiple times. The apartment also has two private ski depots, which is very convenient. There are plenty of seating and common areas around the hotel as well. I highly recommend this apartment considering the price and the quality. I have stayed in other apartments in Gudauri before, and this one truly stands out for its cleanliness, nice design, comfort, and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We only needed a room for a few hours, but everything was really great!
