Location is amazing! Facilities are new and very well maintained! It's the perfect spot to take a rest and enjoy your vacation! Gardens, pools, even cats and tortoise in the garden ☺️

I strongly recommend Elia Luxury Suites. Each room has it’s own private pool with a great sea view. The room was super clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a private parking with shade. The room had 2 coffee machines, one for filter coffee and one for NESPRESSO capsules. I hope I will visit it again next summer. Considering the price I would say that it is an 11 out of 10!

Was incredible there,the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the pictures can't show how near is to the water,inside everything is new,very comfortable and very cosy. Totally recommend it!!!

The customer service was excellent. The family that hosted us was super friendly and they even gave us a homemade dessert, since it was a religious day in Syvota. The property was super clean and in a great location... close to the center but still very private and quiet. We highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful peaceful town ifoumenitsas is. The accommodations topped it off. The owners were the most delightful, caring and accommodating landlords we've had yet.. And we've been traveling for five months. The place is quite large, two full beds, a kitchenette with a deck in the front and a patio in the back fruit trees and wild strawberries and lush green mountains.. It's such a comforting place. Walkable to a grocery right down the road and many little stores along the way then into a sweet town on the ionic Sea. The people were magnificent.. Kind, helpful, friendly, funny.. And they remembered us from day to day . At the grocery the taxi guy at the other market at the coffee place. We rented bikes for euro for the year membership and seven free hours and ride a beautiful coastline to the local beach .. About 3 miles ride but so lovely it's nothing.. night life and day life.. Bustling and active without feeling stressful.. Just people socializing outdoors for hours. At the apt there is an elevator which is really helpful and it's good size.. Not some if these coffin like ones we've seen. The mom and dad of the owners are there too and so so nice. I can't say enough about the room. Has a TV hair dryer and tub!!!! The only thing i would earn about is you should be fit to walk into town or actually to walk back . It's uphill coming back and not for the weary.. But very doable if you're active. You can always rent a bike if scooter or car if you want or get a taxi for 10euro almost anywhere. Another great feature is is near the port so we took a ferry to Corfu two days, 10euro ir fuftenn euro round trip!!! Corfu was wonderful and only and got and a half away. You can also go to paxos ... And even Albania from corfu!!! All inexpensively and short trips. Just lived this place and the family feel and the absolutely beautiful scenery outside your windows. So nice to sit in the deck with a coffee or wine and just float away.

Everything was fabulous. Comfort, cleanliness, location, people. Guys, thank you for everything, we will surely be back.

Litsa and her family were wonderful! They quickly responded whenever we had a question. Litsa went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit.

The apartment was beyond our expectation! A super clean apartment, with great amenities and attention to detail. Making the guests feel more than welcome. Easy to find, great directions provided by the owner, and a pet friendly option. Extra points for the super comfy bed, and the spacious shower. A great value for money and we would love to stay there again , and again...
