It was our first time at Philippos Hotel and it was such a pleasant stay. People working there were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the environment was very pleasant. The location is very close to the center of Kassiopi with its own private parking. We used the pool only once. It is a decent size and clean pool and many sunbeds around.

The staff were wonderful. The cleaner was so friendly, and the owner was so helpful and really went out of her way to make sure I had a good stay. My flight was delayed, but she kindly helped me organise a really friendly taxi company to pick me up, (and they took me all over the island for the weekend, thank you Roula and Sprios @Corfu Rs) and she waited well past midnight for me to arrive and guide me to my accommodation. The lovely cleaner then met me and showed me the rest of the way. I was travelling alone and felt incredibly safe and well looked after. The apartment was a great size, with a lovely terrace. The bed was comfortable and I had all the amenities I could need for my stay. The property is located right next to the harbour with a lovely pool that overlooks the sunrise. If you are looking for a good value property, located right in the heart of a bustling village, with really friendly people, and an authentic experience, then do not hesitate to book here.

Excellent location - in the center without being noisy. Very comfortable room, plenty of space, and natural lighting and a great balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the morning and the manager was extremely helpful when our stove malfunctioned - she even brought in a replacement so we could cook. Highly recommended

Saint Spiridon Hotel was an absolutely perfect place to spend a week in Corfu. Kassiopi is a fantastic little village on the island that has everything you need and is not too touristy like many of the other hot spots on the island. The hotel is located just a short 10 min walk outside the main part of Kassiopi and this might be one of it's best features. You're close enough to walk to bars, restaurants, and beaches, but far enough away that there is no noise or activity when you want to rest. The hotel is really great too! Everything was clean and organized. The rooms were cleaned every day while we were out and towels and sheets were exchanged every couple of days. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is ice cold after a long day in the hot sun. The owners of the hotel are where this place really shines. They are both such sweet, welcoming, and helpful people. They were always available for anything you might need or even just a pleasant greeting on your way in or out for the day. I 100% recommend this hotel and can't wait to return! Thank you so much and see you again soon!

The size of the apartment was great and facilities adequate. We had everything we needed for a weeks comfortable stay. Great terrace with fabulous view were a bonus and the swimming pool area was perfect.

The property was perfect The location on a sandy beach with clear water was exactly what I was hoping for. The rooms were spotless clean and spacious. The host ( tolis and aspa) were amazing.

Lovely accommodation overlooking Kalamaki beach. Spotlessly clean room with a small bathroom and kitchen (which we didn’t use as we had Greek yoghurt with fruit and honey on the beach from Nikos’ own beach bar and also a delicious meal at his taverna restaurant!) Great air-conditioning in the room and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking the beautiful Albanian Coast and mountains. Nikos and his colleagues at the beach were so accommodating and made it such a lovely stay! Thank you Nikos and the team, we would definitely stay again!

All positive reviews were spot on. We enjoyed hanging out in the big balcony with the bay view. Kids loved the pool. Apartment was clean and had great space for our family of 4. Kalami is a beautiful bay and not crowded. All shops and restaurants are close. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Book a dinner at Nikolas with a boat ride, and George’s water taxi to Corfu Old town.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms & seperate little kitchen. Spotlessly clean with daily room cleaning and change of towels. Very central location at Kasiopi village. Supermarkets/bakeries/coffee spots are 3mins walking distance. Parking is highly convenient nearby (€6/day). Staff extremely friendly and polite. Overall great value for money. Highly recommend it, especially for families.

Apartment block is super clean and modern and well equipped. Communication was good and the cleaning staff were nice. It was a perfect location on a quiet side street but right off the main street. We had a lovely outdoor area to eat breakfast. Loved that we were left a substantial amount of food (bread, cheese, ham, coffee, water, etc) to get us started when we arrived.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Also very close to the main beach and walking distance from some spectacular bays. Nikos (the owner) was very helpful and his wife came to clean the apartment mid-week with fresh towels and bedlinen.

Very accommodating and friendly staff! Very spacious (with 2 separate sleeping rooms, a separate living room and kitchen). Tastefully decorated and comfortable. In a quiet location near some very nice beaches. Any issue we had was dealt with very quickly. Tamara went above and beyond for us!

The location is simply fabulous! The villa is right on the seafront, you are literally steps away from the beach! The bay is protected from winds, the sea is crystal clear, and the beach is never overcrowded. It was always quiet in the night... We loved the charming little town of Kassiopi and the northern Corfu in general. We will definitely be coming back! Villa Nelly is excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

Location ideal, stunning views, our host Johnny was so helpful. Apartment was cleaned each day and our cleaner was so friendly. I would definately recommend this property.

The apartment is lovely and the location is excellent. The photos don't do it justice, would come here again without thinking! The only thing that did bother us a bit were the people in the apartment next door that were loud at 3am, but that is not the host's fault.
