The landscaping! The spotless shine, the beach with trees and the proprietor was overly generous and welcoming!

The location and facilities were superb. About a ten minute walk to the town. Pool is shared with another apartment block. Every need is catered for and the furnishing and level of finish in the construction of the apartment are of the highest standards. All communication with the owner was very quick and she was extremely kind and helpful and informative in every way. The perfect host. We will definitely be back, for a longer stay next time. We fell in love with the place and the town.

The service is better than any 5 stars resort. Towels are replaced everyday. Apartment is spotless clean. Excellent friendly people.

The Suite is nice and modern especially the bathroom with a rainfall shower head and excellent cooking facilities,the staff is super nice,Katrina checked us in early because we took an overnight flight from Paris and we were exhausted we loved it!

Great spot! New Year’s Eve we had the whole place to ourselves, which was extraordinary. I would highly recommend rooms 103 and 104 which are directly facing the Libyan Sea. Hosts were great communicators, and it was easy in and out on the accommodation. everything in this area is close so walking to tavernas is easy. Great location.

We had an absolutely lovely experience staying at Kaiti studio in Crete! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care. The studio was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and local tavernas. I highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting Crete. Oreia is in Paleochora's strategic place, right at the great pebble beach and very close to the sandy beach. We spent most time at the nearby beach, loved it. Great experience of staying at the hotel! Fantastic staff, nice rooms, balcony, greenery all around.
