The suite was cozy yet stylish, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Eco House is a great place to stay. Centrally located and was able through our lovely host arrange a rental car delivered to the property. They picked us up from the ferry and dropped us at the airport after the stay, which was so convenient, and takes the stress out of traveling. The pool area is fantastic. We had a home cooked breakfast delivered each day to our patio or pool. It was amazing, and really made for a great start each day. I will def go back next time I am visiting Santorini.

It was a fantastic stay, the room was clean, we loved the family feel and felt so welcomed and well looked after by the whole family. The location was amazing, such a short walk to Fira town centre and the main bus stop was just as close, a supermarket was also such a short walk away. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious, perfect to fuel us for our daily adventures.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and always quick to respond to any requests. The sea view from the property is truly one of the best in Kamari — a highlight of our experience. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, catering to a range of tastes. The location is unbeatable. The beach is directly across from the hotel, with complimentary sunbeds available all day. The surrounding area is ideal for leisurely walks along the shore, and features a wide selection of affordable restaurants and grocery stores — a rare convenience in Santorini. The bus stop to Fira is just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only ten minutes by taxi. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-connected place to unwind in Santorini, this property is an excellent choice.

I've been to many places around the world, but this is the first time that I've enjoyed my stay so much. It's a magical place, positioned in a really peaceful and quiet part of Santorini. The host, Vangelis, has gone far and beyond to meet every possible thing that one can wish for. From the moment you step feet to the moment you leave your room he will be a part of your magical journey in Santorini and assist you with every single thing you might need. I can't recommend this place enough, it is by far the best place to stay in Santorini!

Excellent location and great value for staying in Perissa amd enjoying the Black Beach area of Santorini. The rooms are at the back of the beach-front restaurant Ramaya. We arrived a bit early but Vasilis, who owns and runs the restaurant and the hotel/suites, told us he would do his best to check us in as soon as the room was available. In the meantime we were able to drop our bags and enjoy a bit of the area by chilling at the sunbeds right at the Black Beach. These are free for guests during their stay, so a huge plus, especially considering guests also get a discount when ordering from Ramaya, the restaurant. Our room was simple but fairly new. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge (loaded with water and some welcome treats). The bathroom was also new and spacious. We also had a small patio area with a table and a rack to hang (wet) clothes. The breakfast is served at Ramaya, so we were able to sit at the tables by the beach, which was very nice (since it was end of September, it wasn't too hot around 10am). The portions were extremely generous and Vasilis went above and beyond to make sure we were well served. Overall, great value if you want to explore Perissa area. Very different from what you will find in Fira or Oia, but definitely worth a visit. (PS. Great spot to enjoy your vacation on the island. And of course one must talk about the views which are incredible. A wonderful way to start your day. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help with any of our requests. Would definitely recommend it.

Both rooms were really big, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay like a wardrobe, huge beds, clean and modern shower. Additionally, the kitchen was spacious and very comfortable for the four of us (two couples). Finally, the location was great because it's only 6 minutes from the airport and at only two minutes by car, you could find two super markets, coffee house, bakery and other!

Karat Suites offered an amazing experience with clean, furnished, spacious rooms. The spotlight was definitely the balcony on the second floor where we usually had breakfast while admiring the view around the villa. Jack was extremely helpful and hospitable for sharing all the amazing attractions and restaurants with us, and keeping us updated with the bus schedule, especially since there weren't that many buses active during the shoulder season. He was kind enough to respond to our incurred needs even though they weren't included in the package initially.

Such a beautiful place to stay - you feel like you're in your own little piece of luxury in a quiet, tucked away space. Everything was super clean, with special touches in the aesthetic of the rooms. It's very spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. The best part, though, is the concierge style communication you have with the staff. They will take AMAZING care of you. We received a map and were told descriptions of each area on the island as we had not planned out much of our visit. They made it clear of we had any questions or needed recommendations, they were available. And we used messaging to order breakfast (you have a menu and make your selections daily - AND they send it to your room at a time of your choice!) and to ask questions. They are so responsive and eager to serve. Breakfast every day was wonderful. We loved everything we ordered and appreciated the fresh fruit, breads, jams, and juices that came along with our selections. They also make sure you have fresh drinking water and pods for your Nespresso each day. If you aren't sure about the location, I encourage you to give it a try. It's not right in the cities, and we ended up preferring that. After being in the hustle and bustle of crowds, difficult parking, noise, etc., it was so nice to come back to this bit of serenity. It's so quiet. You'll have the best sleep. And you have the private outdoor space as well. Plus...no problems parking! Rent a car for your stay, use this as your home base, and explore different parts of the island each day. You'll love it.

Everything was wonderful, with comfortable mattresses, even in the living room where you can also sleep. Had all the facilities you need for your stay and very clean. Loved the jacuzzi room.
