The mild goa has some really cute and cozy value-for-money ac cottages not far from patnem beach. each cottage has a balcony and a basic kitchen so it feels like a small apartment and not just like a room. the cottages are clean, functional and well-maintained. it's a very peaceful and calm place, but also located near the main road so there's easy access to the center of the village and the beach itself. overall, an excellent budget option for all those who aren't necessarily looking for beachfront huts

We had an amazing stay at Red House Agonda Beach! The owner, Egineu Fernandes, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. When we had an issue with our bike tire, the owner was kind enough to help us right away, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will definitely visit his property again. Thank you, Egineu, for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!
