Apartments in Grado

We were very satisfied with the hotel, the breakfast, the room facilities and the fact that they provide bicycles for free, even in children's size.

The location of the accommodation on the island of Grado is amazing. On one side a view of the lagoon with boats and on the other side the sandy beach and the sea.

The location was the highlight of this stay. It is right next to a shore and a marina. The resort has a potential given it would remove some junk from the prioerty and invested in renovation.

Self check-in and check-out. There is also spare stuff in the bathroom if you forgot something yours, tickets to the public transport etc :) Communication wtih host was excellent. Place is really nice and location is not far from the beach.

The Rooms had Kichen - it was clean with the Huge gallery area - comfortable begs - everything was nice :)

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff gave us key recommendations for our outings that made a significant differences. For example, instead of going to any spot on the beach, we went to a great spot with cleaner water and a sand bar for the kids to play on. Rooms were neat. AC was a great respite from outside adventures.

The reception lady and the staff spoke 3 languages fluently and were super friendly and supportive.

Residence Ormeggio and Raffaela fully deserve a 10 out of 10 rating. Very attentive, guest focused. The little extra things we were provided with, the attention to the kids, the support with things somewhat even unrelated to the apartment. This is true hospitality. We have been returning, and will continue to do so in the future. I would also like to use this platform to thank the cleaning staff who we've never had a chance to see - your work was outstanding also.

The host lady was very friendly, already waited for us, even though we arrived later than we planned. She offered us free breakfast, which we very much appreciated and she even gave us a welcome drink (bottle of prosecco). The apartment was clean comfortable in size with a large terrace. The beach was on the opposite side of the road and the breakfast was about 300m away only. The parking under the building was also great as the car did not heat up.

Friendly owner, very good and plentiful breakfast, spacious apartment (our room was upgraded) and safe underground parking. We loved it so much we are coming back again for a longer stay.

It was the most perfect flat during our eventful trip around Italy. Super clean! It's so nice to live in such cleanliness. And so comfortable. A large, bright flat with stairs to the second floor. Thank you to the hosts for their conscientious approach. There was a hanging hammock swing in the living room, which my child really liked. You'll love the interior. Clean bathroom and washing machine with laundry capsules. The location is ideal.
