We had a large apartment with all modern facilities provided for 7 days. We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

Incredible place, surely the highlight of my entire trip. New and well maintained, free Onsen, amazing bakery and available kitchen, and well located to explore everything around even if I had no car. 100% recommend, I hope I will be able to come back soon to this amazing hotel! By the way you could also simply visit the bakery for a delicious croissant, french toast or all the other delicious treats they have. Onsen by the way is awesome and they have a "Shampoo bar" where you can sample and choose your favorite shampoo over selected high quality brands.

This property is very secure and feel safe. Near the adventure land. They provided good amenities, washer and dryer, drying racks and have a kitchen inside. They have 2 cool AC and two tv that has a netflix, hulu and amazon prime. The bathroom has a nice shower and have an option to dry your clothes as well.

We chose the apartment with seaview options. Got the whole apartment with two bedrooms to ourselves. It’s really big and roomy. The apartment has a toilet and sink. It has a kitchen inside the apartment too but no cooking utensils so we used the community kitchen to cook our foods. There is no shower or bath inside the apartment. We used the onsen for that. Love the ocean view. The staff speaks English very well and very helpful. We love the beach across the street. It’s conveniently located near bus station and stores.
