Host were super sweet and very nice! Amenities and facilities are great here. Heater in the room did wonders!

New and modern, lots of space, washing and drying facilities, kitchen had lots of things available to cook with, close to train station and grocery store

The host was very friendly and super accommodating. They had everything we could have asked for and more. She had an amazing personality and great communication skills.

Located in an absolutely lovely suburb of Tokyo, very quiet and peaceful, walking distance from the subway station that'll take you into town, good wifi, lovely accommodation on futons on the floor, was very comfortable for us, air conditioning, washing machine, basically it lacked no amenities in our opinion. The hosts seemed very nice though there is almost no actual contact with them other than maybe the occasional hello, and online communication. If you're looking for a lovely quiet area and not the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo, with a beautiful old traditional sushiya, supermarket, 7/11, subway station all walking distance, then this is the place for you, we loved it :)

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. I had gotten lost due to a translation error and called them and they came and escorted me to the property. They also warned me in advance when they needed to enter the room — they had to install a new wifi box. They also knew English which helped a lot. The room was exactly as pictured and came with all sorts of things, too. There was laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, a pan to cook with, a handheld water boiler device, silverware, dishes, a microwave, oven, towels. Anything you’d need to live and was great for my 3 week stay. Kanamachi Station is a 10 minute walk and the closest bus station is a 3 minute walk. I cannot recommend this property enough. Amazing staff, amazing room, great location. Would give 10 stars if I could.
