Very spacious and great for long term stays. 4 minute walk from a mall that has everything you’ll need including a grocery store and great food. Bus stop is right in front of the mall.

It was convenient store on 1st floor and 2 train station a way from where we need to be.

The woman who manages it, Okubo-san, is a wonderful lady, and I would absolutely recommend this rental apartment to anyone who is visiting the Fuchu area. Everything about my experience was great. Everything that one could need (including a laundry machine with laundry detergent!) was in the apartment and I never felt the need to ask for anything. It was very clean and only a 5-minute walk to Fuchu Station, so there is easy access to surrounding areas of Tokyo as well. I also liked the bedding... it was very soft and comfortable.

Villa Fuchu Stay is a recently renovated apartment in Fuchu near Fuchunomori Park.
