Modern, clean and very accommodating staff

Amazing views from the apartment, great amenities such as pool on site, excellent location close to beach club, shops and restaurants. Air Con worked great and was needed as temperatures high during our stay.

The sea view is excellent and the location on the promenade is very convenient. The apartment was spacious, well-lit, and easy to access, making it comfortable for a short stay.

Very convenient location between Gzira and Sliema. Lots of restaurants, eateries and various shops nearby. Bus stop right in front of the building. Easy to get from/to the airport by bus. Five minutes walk to the ferry from Sliema to Valletta. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable, with everything needed. I booked one-bedroom apartment, but got a two-bedroom one with a balcony and a view of the sea and Valletta. There were two ACs, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an electric kettle, a washing machine and even a toaster, from which I borrowed an adapter for EU plug (in Malta power sockets are G-type, not C/F as many other places in Europe). The pressure in shower was boosted artificially, but water is a common problem in Malta, so at least they tried to improve the efficiency. Check out at 5AM was easy and the receptionist Karl was friendly and polite.

Excellent apartment. Everything was great but it was extremely noisy. At night there is a club that plays loud music, and during the day there is construction.

The house is really nice, it has everything you would need during your stay, and the host is very kind!

One of the main reasons this stay deserves such a high rating is the receptionist AK. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent — messages were answered promptly and clearly, which made everything much easier and stress-free. Whenever any issue or question came up, the receptionist was quick to respond and extremely efficient in finding solutions. This level of professionalism, availability, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference in the overall experience. Thanks to this outstanding service, the stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The receptionist’s work and dedication are definitely a key reason for the magnificent rating of this property. Highly recommended.

It’s is perfect for a small family

There is nothing to like except the price, but even then I'd rather pay more than do this again.

I had such a fabulous stay! The location was perfect, very close to the water and very easy to get a water taxi/ferry to Valetta. The balcony was exceptional, it was so lovely to explore Malta then retreat and enjoy golden hour on the balcony overlooking Sliema. Also very useful having a kitchen so I could cook a few dinners. The host was very helpful if I needed, and stored luggage which was a plus! The cafe downstairs was also such a bonus!

Everything was wonderful , we can only recommend this place! The room was spacious and very comfortable. There’s a café at the end of the street (with Hungarian staff), which was a lovely surprise. The host was kind and incredibly helpful, and on our last day we were even able to leave our luggage there until it was time to head to the airport. A truly great experience!

Spaceus apartment with everything that one family needs, very good location, and great and helpful host.

Very well located, with a wide variety of amenities and services nearby. The property was exceptionally clean absolutely no complaints at all. Everything was excellent.

The hostess, Daria, was one of the sweetest people we've met. She was so caring and accommodating to us. The apartment is small, central and has everything you would wish for a vacation. There is supermarkets, shops, coffees and restaurants around. There is bus stops 2 min walk from there.
