Fantastic place, right at the beach, where you can see hatching turtles and beautiful corals and fish to the right from the hotel at the pierce. Clean swimming pools and friendly staff. We loved our ocean view villa!

The little pool in the back felt like a little piece of heaven. Tony greeted us as we were getting out of the shuttle making arrival completely stress free. Beautiful accommodations and proximity to an excellent beach restaurant with vegan options…perfect vacation.

The location is amazing. The large outdoor Palapa with lots of chairs and tables is great for a lunch or breakfast. The swimming pool is clean and well cared for and the beach is one of the best spots on half Moon Bay. The caretaker has everything very clean and sargassum is off the beach daily.

We loved our stay here overall. The location was great for Akumal, Tulum and surrounds. Dana and John were super helpful and accommodating. We loved that we could park the car and then just come and go as we wanted. On the days we didn’t want to be out a lot the pools and hammocks were perfect for relaxing. They provided a thorough booklet of information for the what and where of the area. We had a seamless stay, 10/10 would stay again!

This condo was absolutely the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay during Semana Santa. It was so wonderful to have the beach right there the whole time. We could fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves and anytime we wanted to spend time on the beach, we had a private palapa with comfortable chairs, a hammock and shade! The location was absolutely perfect and it was so easy to hop on the main road and go explore the cenotes in the area or drive into Akumal Pueblo or Akumal Playa for a great meal. There was also a great little restaurant a very short walking distance away right on the beach, which was lovely. Joan provided plenty of towels and we had everything that we needed in order to make some simple meals at the condo during our stay. Eating on the porch was wonderful, and always felt very private due to the landscaping and the design of the building. Even though it was Semana Santa and there is a hotel and hotel guests on the property, it felt very chill and calm. It was never noisy or super crowded at the beach or the pool. This location is convenient for accessing the more touristy areas nearby but does not itself feel touristy. Joan said that she spent several years to find the perfect spot in the Caribbean, and she really did find it. I would 100% stay here again.

Not only was it in an ideal location but the host was extremely accommodating. She found us two bicycles that allowed us to get around town. She didn't charge for them. She also had lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do in the LOCAL area.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Especially for the price and proximity to the water. It’s in a protected cove with coral. I’m an open water swimmer and I picked this property to be able to swim and it was perfect. It’s a great place to stay too if you want to snorkel right in front of the property.

The host Bryan was incredible. So helpful and kind. Being able to open the slider and walk right onto the beach was dreamy. Beach cleaned spotless every morning.

I had an amazing experience at Ivana's condominium in Mexico! The zen gym, conveniently located right next door, set the perfect tone for my mornings. The apartment itself was a haven – impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with two TVs, a dishwasher, stylish furniture, and updated appliances, making it feel like a true home away from home. The proximity to a PGA golf course and top-notch tennis facilities added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. The beach club, with its beautiful ambiance and live music, created memorable evenings against the backdrop of a peaceful tropical setting. Ivana was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment exceeded all expectations, offering an ideal balance of relaxation and recreational activities. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay there again and highly recommend it to others!
