The hosts and the caretaker were very accommodating. The condo was clean and comfy. Also, the hosts were kind enough to allow us to extend our checkout time with no additional fees.

I like the location of the room. The owner is also very approachable and all the things we need are already there.

The unit is well-cleaned and has a nice smell upon entry. It’s also accessible. I appreciate them having a drinking water available. Bed smells good as well as the towels. Hand towel was also provided and a big check for me.

We were to check in around 2-3 pm. Before that, I already called the host to ensure everything was ready and prepared. We arrived there around 3 pm and no proper instructions were given by the host. Had to call him multiple times to get through the details of the keys. We were instructed to directly go to our unit and were given passkeys but when we arrived there they were still cleaning and preparing the room for us even though it was pretty clear that I called them a few hours ago. Had to wait outside the room for almost an hour. It was a total mess. When we were inside we had to wait still for them to prepare the bed and change the bed sheets and cover. No tissue paper. No trash bin inside the comfort room. Overall the unit was not clean. The host was not approachable and welcoming. This place is not recommended.

We stayed for almost a week and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Ayala and SM malls, making shopping and dining very accessible. There's also a convenience store right in the building for any essentials you might need. We enjoyed the pool on the 1st floor, which costs 100 pesos per person and is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The hotel desk staff were very helpful, especially when they assisted us in booking a shuttle van to the airport. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
