The apartment was clean, hist gave us water and we could pick up fresh towels ourselves when we wanted. Location is great, just outside of the very touristy areas, and 20 min walk to the beach. Great restaurants around the hotel.

My family of 5 stayed a couple of nights in the top floor 2-bedroom suite and it was clean and well-equipped. The weather was hot, but both bedrooms had A/C which was great. The two bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was a very helpful addition for us. Staff members were friendly and helped us to book some tours. There is a public laundromat on the main floor and a good grocery store 1 block away. Overall a good place to stay.

This is truly an incredible property. We stayed as a couple, however this is perfect for families or two couples looking to stay here. You do get charged an electricity usage fee of 6 baht per watt, but over the course of 3-night stay it totaled around 500 baht. Regardless of that, this is a gem and within walking distance of the tastiest restaurant (called The Best) that we found in all of Krabi. It’s also a short walk to the beach and between the sunsets and fire show we stumbled upon, it really made our trip feel like two in one because of how different it felt from Ao Nang. In terms of cleanliness, I don’t think you’ll find a cleaner property than this one. They also clean each day while you’re away, set up a motorbike rental for us and suggested so many good things to check out. She even brought us fresh mango, has complimentary bottled water + coffee/tea. Even if you don’t rent a motorbike, you are within a 10-minute walk to a 7-Eleven and more.
