Simple, but neat with everything you need. Clean sheets, old but well maintained kitchen, with all a family might need on a trip. Close to beach, quiet neighborhood, excellent host Antoni, flawless and easy check-in and check-out. Felt like being in a 70s movie.

Condo and Hosts were wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Coffee across the street. Great sunset bar across the street as well. Condo was clean and well appointed.

Wow- Indian Rocks Beach & sunset’s were amazing! This place was a diamond in the rough. Amazing staff, 1-2 minutes walking distance from the beach/ocean & they provide you with a beach wagon, 2 beach chairs, towels & umbrella! The area was still under construction from the hurricane & the pool was small, but overall it was a cute little place that fit our family’s needs for our first experience. Thank you Peter!

The area was a great location! Walkable to restaurants, convenient store. It's located directly across from a beach entrance. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. I had a couple questions through text, they were answered timely. The suites around us are being remodeled, but it did not affect our parking nor did they disturb us. Great place!

We loved the location! We loved the pool!! Our host was absolutely amazing, anything we needed he was extremely helpful! The property was pretty and clean and set up well.

This place was fantastic. It was right on the sand and had a very good heated pool. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops. Will definitely stay here again.

it was beautiful inside and out! The pool was heated which was a HUGE plus. So many perks such as free bikes and kayaks are included as well as a beautiful dock that you can go to. We saw dolphins JUMPING out of the water! There is a trolley stop right outside that can take you wherever you want to go, as well as the option to walk as the beach and shops are very close!

The property was in a great spot. The beds were comfy. The beach was great. The kids loved the pool as the ocean was still a bit cool. The beach toys and chairs were nice as well

Property was very clean and very convenient to the beach. Had all of the amenities my family needed. Would stay again.
