Exceptional location - easy access to all the main roads what makes your arrival easier, only a few minutes of walking distance to the heart of the town and 6-8 minutes of driving distance to the lake, the Happ reptile zoo and Minimundus. Easy entrance to the apartment thanks to a useful video guide we received the day before our arrival. A lot of huge windows - a lot of light! Nice view and suprisingly nice air when opening the windows despite the daily traffic in front of the building. Traffic noise was completely gone until 8, 9 PM so we slept like babies. 😊 We prepared all our meals in the apartment and found all the necessary cooking equipment in the kitchen. Bonus for celiacs: exceptional gluten free bakery in the near (less than 10 min walking distance). The most of all, we were truly delighted with the incredibly kind host, available at all times of the day, ready to help with any kind of advice. A slightly narrower garage shouldn't be a problem for standard vehicles or experienced drivers. Otherwise, there is a plenty of parking space on the street, even completely free parking zones not very far away (you can check Parkopedia), we even noticed there was a specious garage near Heidi-Horten-Arena for 6 EUR per day ...so, at the end of the day parking is also worry-free!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It’s designed in a great style – modern yet cozy, with attention to detail that makes the space feel both elegant and comfortable. Brand new apartment, very well equipped. Huge balcony with a great view. All furniture is brand new, in the kitchen you will find all you need for making your own meal. Privet parking garage. Nice bonus is the complimentary entrance to the ponorama beach in faaker see. This is a great location for touring in the carinthia area, most of the main attractions within 30-40 minutes drive.
