The Apartment is very clean, comfortable, modern and very nice. We had a fantastic stay and Carlos is very very responsive. The apartment is located near restaurants, shops, bars etc. Very good location.

Paul is a wonderful warm host who has created a homely environment amongst incredible wildlife - unbelievable birds visiting and resident howler and spider monkeys. Private location but with easy connection to local restuarants and experiences. Paul went out of his way to organize an amazing kayaking trip directly from the property along towards Puerto Viejo, with sloths, iguanas and lots of birds on route. He also helped with casual fishing at the property, suggested interesting local river spots for a swim and facilitated good value visits to some local wildlife like Frogs Heaven .

Chalets Vistas del Poas is a recently renovated apartment in Heredia where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge.

The hostess contacted me before my arrival to tell me how to get to the location and open the gate, which really relieved my anxiety about the difficult rocky road. Location is superb to see volcano Poas. Given night is cold, hostess sent us an electric mattress.

Casa Sol enjoys a location in Sarapiquí, 27 miles from La Paz Waterfall and 28 miles from Catarata Tesoro Escondido. The apartment features both Wifi and private parking free of charge.

GREAT Location near the tropical forest preserves and the Sarapiqui River, right near the Best Chocolate Farm, where we also took a night hike, and just down the road from Aventuras del Sarapiqui (excellent whitewater rafting). It's a private house off the main road and I was worried about dogs barking as mentioned in some other reviews, but it was not a problem at all. It's a split level with two separate sleeping spaces, king bed in upstairs room and queen bed in the downstairs room, each having their own bathroom with showers. The main kitchen/dining area was great for preparing easy meals: rice and beans for dinners and fried egg sandwiches for breakfast. And best of all is our host, Maria who has been SO accommodating and friendly. We just message each other through WhatsApp (I use Google Translate to convert from her Spanish to my English). It's not a luxury hotel but instead a very artistically decorated two bedroom apartment and I highly recommend.

Amazing garden and quite place. Just magical for the first morning in Costa Rica. Everything else is just the details, but would definitely consider visiting again.
