This place is absolutely wonderful; every detail seems to have been crafted with love. The atmosphere is deeply serene, and the rooms are decorated with authentic Egyptian charm, making the experience truly special. All the staff were incredibly professional and made us feel safe and comfortable (something that's often hard to find when traveling in Egypt). We booked several tours through the hotel, and they were fantastic. Don't book with anyone else; this is the undisputed best choice in terms of both price and service. I honestly don’t even know where to begin—this place is absolutely incredible! The views are breathtaking, and the apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Sadly, we only had one night here, and I wasn’t feeling well during our stay, so I missed out on enjoying the rooftop and restaurant area myself. My husband, however, spent half a day up on the rooftop in complete bliss, just reading and soaking it all in. He had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and said they were amongst the best meals he had in all of Egypt! What truly blew us away was the hospitality. The owner and every single staff member went above and beyond to take care of us. They even went to the store to get me crackers and brought me a fenugreek tea to help with my stomach upset. That kind of care is so rare—hospitality at its absolute finest. Breakfast (although once again I did not get to try it), was abundant and fresh. We’ll 100% be back, and next time it won’t be for just one night. This place is heaven on earth!
